So it's definitely taking a lot longer (hour and a half) to get Baby Girl to officially retire for the night, but once she does, she's out until 8:30 or 9am the next day! She still refuses to keep her little tush in one place while being read to, but I think she's starting to get the idea.
Other updates:
-We have now incorporated Cheerios as a regular food group in our diet. Bananas, eggs and oatmeal are other new arrivals! She and I both have a deep love for breakfast foods.
- Lily adores being chased! She's learned to crawl at breakneck speed (think overachieving turtle) and giggles herself silly when she thinks you're about to catch her. So sweet.
- Lily also has created her own dance move which I will attempt to capture on tape and post here as soon as possible. Spelled out as best as I can, she clasps her hands together in front of her, arms straight out, and pumps her arms up and down as she rocks back and forth while sitting, clapping sporadically and looking fierce. She gets it from her mama...
